No painel Food, Climate and Territory: Building Resilient Food Systems for Climate Adaptation, realizado no Regional Climate Foundations Pavilion, nossa gerente do Laborat\u00f3rio de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jessica-mota\/\">Jessica Mota<\/a>, apresentou a abordagem do Prato Firmeza Amaz\u00f4nia refor\u00e7ando que a cultura alimentar \u00e9 identidade, tecnologia e estrat\u00e9gia de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica.<br><br>O Prato Firmeza mostra que a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica j\u00e1 acontece nas cozinhas e saberes que sustentam a vida na Amaz\u00f4nia.
